Shiloh Industries (SHLO -33.0%) filed a Debtor-in-Possession (DIP) Credit Agreement which provides for a senior secured super-priority DIP credit facility not to exceed $123.5M.The facility consists of a $23.5M new money sub-facility consisting of revolving loans and a roll-up of $100M of commitments under its existing revolving credit facility, which are deemed loans under the DIP Facility.From the DIP facility, $18.1M is available post entry of the Interim DIP Order and until the entry of the final order approving the DIP Credit Agreement.Proceeds will be used for working capital and other general purposes of the debtors.DIP Financing maturity date will be the earliest of January 2, 2021 or the effective date of a sale of all or substantially all debtors assets and the date upon reorganization or liquidation plan becomes effective.Interest payable monthly in arrears and on maturity date at an annual rate.
