MRI Software to acquire RentPayment business from Priority Technology (NYSE:PRH)

MRI Software will acquire Priority’s (NYSE:PRH) RentPayment business, comprising of the RentPayment.com, StorageRentPayment.com and DuesPayment.com real estate payment brands.Pursuant to this transaction, Priority will provide ongoing payment infrastructure as a service and processing to the new platform at MRI.
