Gratomic Announces Initiation of Benching Program at its Aukam Project in Namibia
TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / August 9, 2022 / Gratomic Inc. ("Gratomic", "GRAT," or the "Company") (TSXV:GRAT) (OTCQX:CBULF) (FSE:CB82) announces that initial earth moving activities will commence on the 15th of August at its Flagship Aukam project in Namibia. Benching typically consists of successively cutting berms alongside the mountain edge, which will steadily expose underground material at the same time ensuring the stability of the mountain structure. This process allows for the collection of graphite in stages as the plaforms are constructed on the Aukam mountain.
Gratomic Applies for Extension of the Expiry of its $1.45 Warrants

(TSXV:GRAT)(OTCQX:CBULF)(FSE:CB28) ("Gratomic" or the "Company") announces that it will make an application to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") to extend the exercise date of 987,882 warrants (the "Warrants") currently exercisable at $1.45 per share until between July 26, 2022 and September 2, 2022 pursuant to the private placement financing which closed between January 26, 2022 and March 2, 2022, for a further year expiring between July 26, 2023 and September 2, 2023. There has been no change to the warrant exercise price. The amendment to the expiry date of the Warrants is subject to TSXV acceptance.
