The company is headquartered in Denver, Colorado and currently employs 22,200 full-time employees. The firm's operations include Brucejack, Red Chris, Penasquito, Merian, Cerro Negro, Yanacocha, Boddington, Tanami, Cadia, Lihir, Ahafo, and NGM.
