(NYSE: AMR), a leading U.S. supplier of metallurgical products for the steel industry, today announces the upcoming departure of Roger Nicholson, the company's executive vice president, chief administrative officer, general counsel and secretary. As approved by Alpha's board of directors on May 8, 2024, Nicholson will leave the company effective May 31, 2024 after four and a half years of service.
