(NASDAQ:ISBC) ("Company"), the holding company for Investors Bank ("Bank"), reported net income of $66.9 million, or  $0.28 per diluted share, for the three months ended September 30, 2021 as compared to $79.8 million, or $0.34 per diluted share, for the three months ended June 30, 2021 and $64.3 million, or $0.27 per diluted share, for the three months ended September 30, 2020.
