On April 2nd, 2024, the Company filed a preliminary short-form base shelf prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada, except Quebec and Nunavut. This resulted in a review of the Canadian Securities Administration National Instrument 43-101 Standards for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) Technical Report filed on March 14, 2024 (“Original Report”), and the review is now complete.
