Athene Prices $1,000,000,000 Investment Grade Senior Notes Offering

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa, March 19, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Athene Holding Ltd. (“Athene”) today announced it has agreed to sell $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.25% senior notes due 2054. The offering is expected to close on March 22, 2024, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
