HOUSTON, Feb. 03, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kayne Anderson NextGen Energy & Infrastructure, Inc. (the “Fund”) (NYSE: KMF) announced today that it reached a conditional agreement with institutional investors relating to a private placement of $40 million of senior unsecured notes (“Notes”). The private placement is expected to fund on or about March 29, 2023.
