TORONTO, Feb. 14, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Copper Road Resources Inc. (TSXV: CRD) (“Copper Road” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to 5,000,000 units of the Company (each, a “Unit”) at a price of $0.08 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $400,000 (the “Offering”). Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant (each, a “Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.15 for a period of 24 months the closing date of the Offering.
