(“Alpha” or the “Company”) (TSXV:ACOG) (OTCQB: ACOGF), a biopharmaceutical company committed to developing novel therapies with the potential to transform the lives of people with debilitating neurodegenerative disorders, today announced that it has withdrawn the marketed public offering of units previously announced on November 17, 2022. The withdrawal results from an assessment by the Company's management that current market conditions are not conducive for an offering on terms that would be in the best interests of the Company's stockholders.
