SALIENT MIDSTREAM & MLP FUND ANNOUNCES RECORD DATE FOR ANNUAL MEETING

HOUSTON, Feb. 28, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Salient Partners, L.P. ("Salient") today announced the record date of the annual meeting of shareholders ("Annual Meeting") of Salient Midstream & MLP Fund (NYSE: SMM) (the "Fund").  The record date for shareholders eligible to vote at the Annual Meeting is February 28, 2022.  Shareholders as of the record date may vote on the election of trustees at the Annual Meeting, which the Fund anticipates holding in late May.  The Fund's proxy statement when filed will set forth the meeting date and other information about the Annual Meeting.
