(NYSE: PZN) (“PZN”) today announced that leading independent proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services (“ISS”) has recommended that stockholders vote “FOR” the adoption of the merger agreement pursuant to which Pzena will become a private company. The special meeting of stockholders to vote on the transaction will take place virtually on October 27, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
