(the “Company”) (Nasdaq: PWUP) announced today that its extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”), which was originally scheduled for May 17, 2024, has been postponed to 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. At the Meeting, the Company’s shareholders will be asked to vote on a proposal to approve, among other things, extending the date by which the Company must consummate an initial business combination from May 23, 2024 to February 17, 2025. There are no changes to the location, record date, purpose or any of the proposals to be acted upon at the Meeting.
