Pacira BioSciences Reports Inducement Grants Under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4)

(Nasdaq: PCRX), the industry leader in the delivery of innovative, non-opioid pain therapies to transform the lives of patients, today announced the granting of inducement awards on February 4, 2025 to 15 new employees under Pacira’s Amended and Restated 2014 Inducement Plan (the “Inducement Plan”) as a material inducement to each employee's entry into employment with the company. In accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4), the awards were approved by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Committee”) without stockholder approval.
