(NEX:OTGO.H) ("O2Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement financing of: (i) 15,000,000 subscription receipts of the Company (the “Subscription Receipts”) at a price per Subscription Receipt of C$0.05; and (ii) 15,000,000 flow-through subscription receipts of the Company (the “FT Subscription Receipts”) at a price per FT Subscription Receipt of C$0.05, for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of C$1,500,000 (together, the “Offering”).
