(TSX-V: OCO, OTC: ORRCF) (“Oroco” or the “Company”) announces that it has amended the terms of a non-brokered private placement (the “Offering”) which was announced on January 27, 2025 to that of up to 6,000,000 units of the Company (each, a “Unit”) at a price of C$0.25 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to C$1,500,000.
