MaxCyte Announces Retirement of Board Member Art Mandell

Mr. Mandell has served on the Board since 2006 and has been an integral part of MaxCyte’s growth and strategic direction. Upon Mr. Mandell’s retirement, MaxCyte will have nine directors.
