TORONTO, July 23, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mawson Finland Limited (“Mawson Finland” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has obtained a receipt for its final prospectus (the “Prospectus”) filed with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada, other than Québec, for an initial public offering (the “Offering”) of a minimum of 2,000,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) and a maximum of 2,500,000 Shares at a price of $1.00 per Share (the “Offering Price”) for minimum gross proceeds of $2,000,000 and maximum gross proceeds of $2,500,000.
