BEIJING, Aug. 07, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Missfresh Limited (“Missfresh” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: MF), today announced that it entered into a share transfer agreement with Freshking Limited, a British Virgin Islands company wholly owned by Mr. Zheng Xu.
