RAMACO RESOURCES, INC. ANNOUNCES EXERCISE OF UNDERWRITERS' OVER-ALLOTMENT OPTION IN CONNECTION WITH ITS SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES OFFERING

LEXINGTON, Ky., Dec. 11, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Ramaco Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: METC, METCB, METCL, METCZ) ("Ramaco Resources" or the "Company") announced today that the underwriters of its previously announced public offering (the "Offering") of 8.375% Senior Notes due 2029 (the "Notes") exercised their over-allotment option on December 9, 2024, resulting in the issuance of an additional $7,500,000 aggregate principal amount of the Notes.  After giving effect to the exercise of the over-allotment option, $57,500,000 aggregate principal amount of the Notes were issued in the Offering.
