Kintavar enters Definitive Agreement to Sell the Fer à Cheval Outfitter

MONTREAL, Jan. 02, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kintavar Exploration Inc. (the “Corporation” or “Kintavar”) (TSX-V: KTR), is pleased to announce that further to its December 30, 2024 press release, it entered into a definitive agreement to sell the Corporation’s wholly owned subsidiary, 9194-3126 Québec Inc., doing business as the Fer à Cheval Outfitter (the “Transaction”). The Transaction is now closed in escrow and the final disbursement is expected to be completed on or about January 15, 2025.
