(TSXV: HOH) ("High Arctic Overseas" or the "Corporation") has released its first quarterly financial and operating results following the completion of a Plan of Arrangement (the “Arrangement”) that on August 12, 2024, resulted in the separation of the North American and Papua New Guinea (“PNG”) energy services businesses of High Arctic Energy Services Inc. (“HWO”), with the North American business continuing to be operated by HWO, and the PNG business being operated by the Corporation.
