Revenues for the quarter were $5,157,000 vs $4,504,000 in the 3rd quarter of last year; an increase of 14.5%. Net Income for the period was $370,000 or $0.01 per share compared to $300,000 or $0.01 per share in 2021. EBITDA for the quarter was $668,000 vs $601,000 in the same quarter last year; an increase of 11.0%.
