RYE, New York, Oct. 22, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Gabelli Utility Trust (NYSE: GUT) (the “Fund”) is pleased to announce the successful completion of its transferable rights offering (the “Offering” or “Offer”).
