(“Extendicare” or the “Company”) (TSX: EXE) announced that it has declared a cash dividend of C$0.042 per common share of the Company (the “Common Share”) for the month of April 2025, which is payable on May 15, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2025. This dividend is designated as an “eligible dividend” within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
