(NYSE:ENZ) today announced that it has closed a transaction to sell certain assets of Enzo’s Clinical laboratory division (Enzo Clinical Labs) to Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (Labcorp) (NYSE:LH) pursuant to an Asset Purchase Agreement dated March 16, 2023, as amended July 3, 2023.
