MONTREAL, Oct. 03, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- D-BOX Technologies Inc. (“D-BOX” or the “Corporation”) (TSX: DBO), today announced that Zrinka Dekic has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Corporation. Her recent appointment at J.P. Morgan unfortunately prevents her from serving on the board of a publicly traded company. Ms. Dekic was appointed as director in December 2021.
