CALGARY, Alberta, Aug. 31, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Canadian Premium Sand Inc. ("CPS" or the "Company") (TSXV: CPS) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced brokered and concurrent non-brokered private placements (the "Offerings"). Pursuant to the Offerings, the Company issued an aggregate of 32,100,000 units of the Company (each, a "Unit"”) at a price of $0.30 per Unit for gross proceeds to the Company of $9,630,000.
