(Nasdaq: DGLY) (“Digital Ally”) today announced that on September 27, 2024, Clover Leaf convened and then adjourned, without conducting other business, its special meeting of its stockholders in lieu of its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Meeting” ) to 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time on Friday, October 11, 2024.
