(NYSE: CHN) (the "Fund") announced today that the Fund's annual stockholder meeting (the "Meeting") will be scheduled for Thursday, March 14, 2024, via a virtual forum at 11:00 a.m. EST.  Stockholders of record as of January 17, 2024, will be entitled to notice of, and to attend and vote at, the Meeting. The notice for the Meeting will be mailed to shareholders on or about February 10, 2024.
