BOSTON, March 25, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- The China Fund, Inc. (NYSE: CHN) (the "Fund") announced today that the Fund's annual stockholder meeting (the "Meeting") will be rescheduled for Tuesday, May 3, 2022 via a virtual forum at 11:00 a.m. Stockholders of record as of February 19, 2022 will be entitled to notice of, and to attend and vote at, the Meeting. The notice for the Meeting will be mailed to shareholders on or about March 30, 2022.  This notice supersedes all previous notifications related to the Fund's Meeting.
