(TSXV: BOCA) (Frankfurt: VC1) ("Bocana" or the "Company") – is pleased to announce that it has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent ("LOI" or "Agreement"), dated March 25, 2024, for the proposed acquisition of all of the outstanding shares (the "Transaction") of Empresa Minera Inti Raymi S.A.
