Bridger Aerospace Acquires Ignis Technologies to Expand Wildland Fire Software Offerings

BELGRADE, Mont., Sept. 14, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bridger Aerospace Group Holdings, Inc. (“Bridger” or “Bridger Aerospace”), (NASDAQ: BAER), one of the nation’s largest aerial firefighting companies, today announced that it has acquired Ignis Technologies Inc. (“Ignis”) for $3 million, with an additional contingent earn-out consideration of up to $9.0 million, paid in the form of restricted shares of Bridger common stock.
