(“Bridger” or “Bridger Aerospace”) (NASDAQ: BAER) today announced that due to market volatility and conditions, it has terminated its proposed public offering of shares of its common stock previously announced on October 17, 2023. Bridger management concluded that the current market conditions are not conducive for an offering on terms that would be in the best interests of Bridger and its stockholders.
