(TSXV: AGMR) (OTCQB: AGMRF) ("Silver Mountain" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that it has upsized its previously announced public offering (the "Offering") of units (the "Units") to up to $9,000,035 from $7,502,000, at a price of $0.11 per Unit.
